“eve & hera”
25.5x21 in
acrylic on canvas

even in two opposing spiritual standpoints, there’s still one common ground: eve & hera are the mothers of all.

without women, humans would cease to exist. so i have genuinely always wondered why people choose to make fun of feminism as being “woke” and women are still so often seen as less than?

for some reason, we’re still having to fight to hang on to rights let alone have equal opportunities for most things and it just doesn’t make sense.

“festival garden”
14x11 in
mixed media frame

i cut a pair of jeans off into shorts and then i didn’t like them as shorts so… i made art with them.

this is a symbol of something between the garden of eden and the feminine urge to wear flowers in our hair in the summer…especially when we go to music festivals.
