my process starts with curiosity; i often ask ‘why’ or ‘what if’ and i keep storytelling at the centre of everything.

i’m a dreamer; i explode with ideas, think deeply and usually stand so far outside the box i probably don’t know what box you’re talking about.

i began working as a designer as part of an in-house communications team where i found myself deep in mostly editorial design projects. i’ve always liked this kinda work the most because of, that’s right, the obvious connection to storytelling. i even did a lot of this kinda work in my spare time when first starting out [and still try to find time to do it these days]. it’s how i process and remember all of the notable stories i collect throughout my life.

much later, i picked up a paint brush and started creative writing more in depth about a wider array my life experiences. these practices became the much-needed missing pieces to my creative world.

today, i bring it all together for a non-disciplinary creative practice that simply aims to connect in some way. in discovering more about who i am as a creative person i discovered that i am not actually alone out here… none of us are, even though we might feel like it.
