For Sustainability Day initiatives run by Sask Polytech, I was to create a graphic wordmark, which had to include the typography of the official Sask Polytech logo and still fit within the campus brand.
The icon is a symbol that quickly ties you to environmental sustainability but it also portrays life and growth. Through visual storytelling, the icon simply connects the three pillars of sustainability—environmental, social, and economic.

Suitable for one colour (available in deep purple, black, or reversed/white):
To help create a complete identity, I drew a series of illustrations to look like earth from a satellite perspective and are to be used as background graphics for marketing in correspondence with the main graphic treatment.
With an abstract subtle visual of earth on each piece you are drawn to think of the bigger picture (earth as a whole).
Colour ways provided:
green pattern with no background
dark purple (with a lighter opacity for the pattern)
green (with a lighter opacity for the pattern)
Specific instructions for usability were communicated to the client to ensure readability.
